WE DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS DUE TO COVID-19.  Also after your purchased has been made and leave our facility, all products are handmade and due to the nature of the product/s and their ingredients we can not accept any exchanges or refunds once your order has been placed.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, take a picture and email us within 48hrs so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
