Shipping policy

Please allow up 3 to 5 business day for processing time.  Once your order has been process please allow the standard shipping time that USPS allow which is also 3 to 5 business days as well.  The shipping price is done by USPS during check out  automatically.  Business days does not include  Saturday/Sunday or holidays.  Due to COVID-19 shipping times may be delayed.  Once Shipment has been picked up by carrier, you will receive a tracking number with in 24hrs (please give time for the system to be updated).  Under no circumstances Deeply Sunkissed Naturals is responsible for lost or stolen packages once there has been a delivery confirmation for that tracking number.   We are unable to issue a refund of an kind.   If this  was to happen please get into contact with your local post office they should be able to track the package to see where it has been delivered too.You will have the option to insure your package but keep in mine that it will cost more.  

 

**PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE** make sure that you have the correct address at checkout we are not responsible for incorrect addresses for packages that is returned to us. We will be gladly to help you handle the situation but you are responsible for repaying shipping cost again.
